Got one, one yard away:dustin:
spider?

Cut and delivered firewood. Get home, figured I could knock a few things out before it got too late like start organizing the van trailer.

Fueling the truck and notice the bulk tank has an oily spot on the ground.
Huh...

Poke around and paint is bunling up with diesel under it. Ok, let's not poke too much, have near 400 gallons in there..
Fill the truck and another that was half, and a 90 gallon transfer tank, still almost 1/4 full.

Remembered I had a couple empty totes up the yard, so forklift my ass over to grab one.
Tire chain bungee that's been dry rotting and barely holding for 3 months let's go, wads the chain up between the tire and mast.

Get that sorted out after a while and just got the tank empty... nearly 2 hours since filling the first truck.

Oh, and no idea where the dog wandered off to.

Yeah, no wonder i never can get ahead 🤣

Eh I'm thinking like 90's obs chevy or squarebody for a DD, current trucks are an 18 silverado that's paid for but I won't drop comprehensive on it cause knowing my luck someone will wreck it or steal it, and a 23 dodge that I can't drop comprehensive on because I still owe on it but it leaves next week for it's new home.
I’ve got a 99 Chevy 3500 got from work because it’sa 1 ton basic pip for 1800 miles a year which I don’t even achieve to drive to work about 1.2 miles away is costing me 800 a year. Might as well keep your 18 pay a few hundred more a year and be comfortable.

It'd probably be dead when I "needed" it. Since obviously it's too difficult for me to shut the fucking ignition off:shaking:.

Or as my daughter puts it...
" someone broke into our house and took your key daddy. Then they got in your truck to look at your cool stuff and left the key on. So the battery died now we have to walk all this way to get a new one ".

Yes dear.

They last pretty long. Can get ten plus jumps off. Charge, I only charge my once a year. Jumping something once a month roughly.

Your daughter is a savage.

My insurance right now is $275 a month through progressive and my only ticket in 6 years is a failure to yield back in February.

That being said I have an old dui charge that is coming to fruition here soon and my lawyer seems to have changed his tune recently about it getting reduced so I'm assuming car insurance will skyrocket and I'd be much better off in something 30 years old, plus I kinda hate all the stupid shit going wrong with both of my current rigs, seems like every other month some shitty electrical issue pips up

I haven't slept. I went to bed at 3am and gave up trying to sleep at 7am.
Got up, showered, started cleaning a very messy kitchen, boiled many pounds of chicken for the dogs, made rice with the broth and bone broth started in the Instant Pot.

Grease gun issues happened with the new mower for the tractor so no mowing today sadly.

Father however spent a good 2hrs weed eating all the tall ass weeds he soaked in 12gal of Round Up. Four of the five dogs are now sick from being poisoned from eating those weeds.

Marti's 104* fever on Thursday and emergency vet visit got him a shot of antibiotics in the butt and a pill twice a day at home. He's not showing any signs of fever, fatigue or choking and vomiting as long as I feed him the chicken and rice. Cooper started vomiting huge piles of those weeds today so now 4 of the 5 of are on chicken and rice. I also add raw eggs, olive oil and sweet or russet potatoes.
