Did a bunch of house stuff today, inside and out. Leaf blower made nice work of cleaning up the snow off the walks and driveway, then I made myself install the pull out drawers for the lower kitchen cabinets that I have been wanting to do for like 2.8 out of the 3 years I have lived here. Have a few more to do, but have not decided exactly where I want them yet, need to put stuff back first to see how it all fits.
Now not sure if I am done tinkering or not for the night.

My day for 24 hours straight with my 95 year old mom. Not too bad of a day today, took about a 100 mile drive around 3 county's and completed a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle (only about 50 pieces). Now its off to bed as she is up at 6 every morning.

I’m currently cooking up some bacon to add to the potato leek soup I made. I’ve been thinking about making it for a week or two. It’s a rainy evening so this is perfect.
I wanted to check out a liquor store that is outside my usual errand zone to look for rum samples. After a big breakfast we headed out. We went to a place called The Bottle Shop in Folsom. I didn’t find anything new, but I did get a bottle of Bumbu at a nice price. Then we went to a place in Eldorado Hills Mrs wanted to check out. A couple doors down was an old school candy store. This place wasn’t very big, but it was kind of overwhelming with what they had available. There was a couple in there with a young boy (4?), talk about sensory overload 😆.

Older than dirt
Spent the full day 8:00-8:00 at the local ORV park for a winter event. Just about perfect amount of snow. Enough to make it challenging for most but not so much that people were stranded. Some hills were dug down to dirt for good traction, others got polished to slicker 'n snot and became bobsled runs. 
I was there to hang out and help as needed. Did a few recoveries, ate good pizza, saw lots of people and generally had a great Saturday.

Iced 10 or 11 fishies, including a 16 3/4" large mouth bass.
I've got the biggest northern of the day at 27 1/4" ( the biggest for the lake for the season so far is 32").
Tip ups are still out but the bait bucket froze solid so we couldn't rebait a couple holes.

It got put on a back burner until I can do a couple mods on our travel trailer. I still look for one when I visit a LGS. I fondled a non-reto version right before the scamdemic, I haven’t seen one since.

Drove home from LA, stopped in Bakersfield and met Gozuki and IH2?, bought a couple winches, stopped by Bass Pro and spent some money, just ordered new PRP front seats for the rig, home now in my new recliner, eating a pizza, then a rootbeer float, and will crash.
