Sitting here paranoid that the 3.0 I built 2 weeks ago ... did I remember to torque the cam gear bolt?

Fixed the swimming pool, or at least I hope I did.

Eating takeout mexican because I am too ****ing lazy to cook today.

Need to clean the ****hole of a shop, finish putting the ranger back together so I can drive it until that cam gear falls off...

Watching an episode of 'The Expanse' while I eat.. .Damn this is a great freaking series.... we get 10+ seasons of twats like the Kardashians, but we can only get 7 of quality entertainment like this... LOVE Amos! One my my shipmates has done well!

out.

Worked on quad and f250 ordered parts fer both. Having a few cold ones and relaxing the the family.

Helped my niece and her husband install a new wood floor. Pretty nice quality composite flooring.

Bailed early because work tomorrow and tonight I am counting freedom seeds.

In. Did more work at the folks house. Damn I hate drywall.

Neck is fawked because I think I slept funky last night. Cooking up some artichokes and gonna make beef stroganoff with egg noodles for dinner. May go have a gummy if we have anything that's mostly CBD.

Drinking some deschutes twilight and waiting for the Giants game to start.

In. Dindunuffin all day due to a really upset stomach. I would guess it's due to the almost raw burger I wolfed down before bed. GF is doing her usual cooking thing and I am currently gonna try to gag down a few beer and maybe watch something on the tube.

In, took recycling in today. Shopping. Pumpkin patch.
Might go to a party later but was out until after 1 last night so not really feeling it...

Finished a job today and decided I should change the rear tires on the box truck. ****ing budd wheels. Most of the lugs seized up and turned out the inners. Got some heat and all but one came off unharmed. Break beads with forklift. Find tire bar but not my other pry bar, screwdriver will have to do. Swap tires and reassemble with one "modified" inner lug. Now I'm tired.

Did something to my back a few days ago. ITs tight as hell. If I move the wrong way, it takes my breath away. Sitting for extended periods of time makes it worse, so I did what else but firewood.

I can officially say I have no hung up trees in other trees. I yanked em all out, and have all but one split. Not having the thumb sort of sucked, but I made it work. The trees get dragged through the mud too, so I'm constantly having to sharpen my chain.

Busted ass today.

Worked the UPLA booth at Sand Hollow with the GF. Lots of good people at the Trail Hero event. :smokin:
One little gripe; people with dogs running off leash. Please keep your dog on leash! **** CAN HAPPEN! :mad3::mad3::mad3:

6 in one hand, half dozen in the other.

My buddy had the best rock dog on the planet. Followed us everywhere and had the instinct to stay away when things got sketchy If the dog had thumbs, he would have had his own rig.

Converting OEM vac hubs to Warn manual.

Hub ‘float’ doesn’t make sense to me.

Got it down to 1/8” with two spring retainers but still not right to me.

don't the slugs tighten up when you bolt the caps on?
should pull the outer diecast part against the snap ring

When tightened, the Allen cap screws tighten against the inner locking hub, but the outer part where the O-ring seals has slop. Rendering the O-ring useless IMO.

The directions say ‘float’ is normal but I’ve never had float on any other hub ever. So I dunno.

I finished up assembly of the weight machine in the She-shed this morning. Mrs is happy.

Youngest has been having some odd medical stuff going on. She went to the ER yesterday and they declared “anxiety “ and threw meds at her. Today she had the same issues, got scared and called 911. Mrs is heading to Chico to bring the girl home where we can take her where our insurance works (no Kaiser in Chico).

Sipping on a rum&coke trying to decide what to make for dinner :homer:
