Don't scroll any lower if finger meat makes you sick to your stomach, or do. But you've been warned.
So evidently my smashed finger thread bit the dust when the place crashed. I thought about just forgetting about it, but wheres the fun in that. Plus a buddy sent me something that needs its time of fame on the internet.
I wanted to have this thread so I could monitor the healing, have all the pics in one place and show the progress and set backs. quick back story then the pics. I bought a square body 3+3 Pumpkin Spice Cummins Swapped Square Body about the same time a cummins parts truck came about. MattS had a minor fire incident that more or less ruined the old dodge, so I snagged it up to use the drivetrain. It came with a big ol v-plow, I think 9'2''. I put the plow on fbmp and within a few weeks a buyer popped up. 2130hrs on 11/27/22 (a satruday night) he came to get it. After sitting it on the trailer I tried to move it with my hands, about the same time it slid on the pallet and opened up, crushing my fingers between the cutting edge and the trailer. (trailer deck is expanded metal).
A quick visit to my primary doc, she sent me on to the city doc/er where I got 6 stitches in my ring finger (it was smashed open) and 20 stitches in my middle finger. (it was smashed and sliced open).
