Skidsteer knowledge needed

So the super awesome pile o diggin has had the engine replaced. Shoulda had a ford in it, but someone swapped in an Isuzu engine. I dont know enough about Isuzu to identify it. 4 cyl NA diesel. Taking a chance someone here can help ID it so I can track down parts. Hard to get decent pics with it stuffed into the skidster box.

Had a slow fuel leak. That pan has a half inch of diesel that too about 3 weeks to wander out of the belly. Finally tracked it down to the fuel pressure and return housing. Slow drip off one of the screws. Unfortunately, that sucker is buried under a bunch of stuff, so it should be fun to fix. Oh well.

Just bought a New Holland L170 for $2250 with a "stuck" engine. Engine does still turn by hand but clunks to a hard stop. Dunno when the fuck I'll have time to dick with it, maybe over the winter. Just what I needed, another project!

Drug it home and unloaded it this afternoon. Bucket is in pretty decent shape and came with a tooth bar. Probably worth almost half of what I gave for the entire machine.

I figured it was one of those deals that was just too good to pass up. I really don't need another skid steer or project, but I've also spent more money on dumber shit than this before.
