I bought the last 3 cases (81 rolls) on Amazon when people started panic buying. I'll need some more in 2022. 
That stuff works pretty good, would use again.
Definitely buy new, it's worth the premium over used
It fits on holder thingy too.

This stuff is harder to find used than it is to find new apparently.
I guess people flush it and it is good for the septic tank.
Taking it back out of the tank and drying it out and then rolling it back up would be a pain in the ass.
