Mmmm, dock scrapings.
Nah, just pinks or chum. They're actually fresh and relatively good for what they are. Having grown up on fresh fish I'm intolerant to less than fresh and I can eat these.

Wish we had a Costco here.
My current closest one is 45 min away so I don't go there. They are building one about 3 miles away and I have an embarrassing level of excitement about it.

Every 6 months I'll buy these because they're cheaper than the salmon fillets. I want to like them, but I haven't figured out how to cook/season them so they're better than meh.

I haven't tried the air fryer. I'll pick some up next time I'm at Costco and give it a shot.

Yech. I'm sick of salmon.

Have you worked the Salmon harvest at Kodiak or other ? I swore I would never eat the shit ever again. And much later we usually have the Costco Bulk pack in the freezer for a quick entre. Easy and not bad.

That shit goes to the catfood factory down the road. Biggest fattest rats I have ever seen were under the dock pilings at Kodiak, AK harbor. Football sized bodies.
That's like all the fat dogs that live on an Avocado orchard...and nice shiny coats too.

3hrs for us either way, Reno or Elko.

I order my coconut water and protein drinks monthly online. Sadly alcohol cannot be shipped. Those savings are awesome alone at the store.

Probably made with the shit that falls on the floor off the conveyor along with some assholes and eyeballs.

Mmmmm, Alaska "salmon"

Thanks for posting. Those look like something the GF could make very tasty. I'm going to tell her to pick some up next time she goes to Costco.

They're OK for a quick meal and some protein.

Not something I would want to eat regularly, like a beef burger.

I keep a single burner butane stove around for cooking smelly foods. I use it either in my garage or on my covered patio. Fish and deep frying are the two times I use it most.
Yep, I do it on the flattop outside as well. One of my favorites

The frozen Costco ones in this thread are pretty bland and you have to church those up some.

The Publix grocery store has some bacon cheddar ones and they are delicious.

Yeah, I think I tried BBQ sauce? Some tomatoes as well.

Still just meh.
