Spotted this when dropping off some junk chainsaws for repair. Guy says it runs, but looks like an obscure parts non existent nightmare.

We had one ~20 years ago at work. Had a 3 pt hitch mower. Liquid cooled engine, 4wd.

I use my 4x6 utility trailer as a lawn cart. I paid about that much off Facebook marketplace for it.
Yeh, that TSC trailer has gone up in price! I think I only paid $200 for it about 8-9 years ago. I've used the heck out of it. I've had to put new tubes and tires on it though.

You fuckers. I have an 89 JD 170 and it was replaced with a 2019 Craftsman rider.

Got the JD on offer up for a hundy (got it for free) and people are up my ass about it.

Maybe i need a dump bed rider. :smokin:

probably building stuff rather than chatting about building stuff

guy does a bunch of cool shit but never actually posts it in a significant way, ask about his trommel :flipoff2:
One of the few people who spends more time un-miring obsolete dirt moving equipment than you. :flipoff2:

I've already got one of those, and it kind of sucks. The tailgate is a PITA to use. Backing up on soft ground with weight in it is slow and messy. The point of this project is to replace it for hauling firewood, small amounts of dirt, vegetable pots, etc. and having something that the kids can operate.
Biggest need I have is for something the kids can use to haul firewood from where I'm cutting, to the basement. I was hoping to get train tracks laid from the cutting area where I have about 20 full cord of tree trunks piled, into the basement, but the "forever" log yard is going to be in a different spot so the rails will go down then and this will still be useful for that.

Seems like that may become an issue if you don’t have the space to turn around??

Where this is needed, turning radius doesn't need to be extreme, lot's of backing up to dump is. I've ordered a 163" belt to replace the current 88" belt, so I'm committed to making the wheelbase about 3' longer now. well see

Had a honda TD500 tracked dump machine back in 2010 for a few years, carried alot of dirt and rocks.

Forgot to update. Abandoning the craftsmen. Bought this little Motrec

and am building a dump bed for this instead:
Way better choice than a rider. I have 2 of these things in my yard also. These things are built like tanks.
