the nightforce i had as a takeoff of my .270 wsm. its great glass but to hard to adjust for long range fun. it was replaced with the sig sauer bdx on my .270wsm so i already had it and had alot of time using it. its perfect for 400 and under but a far cry from a true long range scope unless i was to convert it to open turrets.
might not b your cup of tea but it works for what im doing with it now.
