PREDICTION: Democrats will pack/stack the U.S. Supreme Court

If you think there is going to be another "change of party" then you haven't been paying attention. The Democrats are "The Party," now that they know how to cheat, are in control of the House, the Senate and the Whitehouse, along with all of the alphabet agencies, we are on the precipice of the most slippery and dangerous slope in the history of this nation.

The last hope is the 2nd Amendment and they are working at digging that anchor out night and day; we will continue to see certain alphabet agencies load up someone on psychotropic drugs, hand them some guns and send them into a public place for "yet another mass shooting" and bang the drum of Socialism that is the Mainstream Media against guns and gun owners until the majority of the population calls for an end to the 2nd Amendment.

Once that is gone this entire country falls into an abyss of absolute darkness.
 
This is some serious shit now. Not that we didn't see this coming. They have until 2022 mid terms to ram through as much as they can and they are doing everything they can.

And what do you think will happen in 2022? A "Red Wave"? You do understand that there will never again be a fair election in this country at any level. What's going to happen in 2022 will be a big, fraudulent "Blue Wave" that will give them supermajority in both the House and Senate. "The Party" is in control now, welcome to 1984.
 
Nancy just said she will not bring bill up for vote. As long as Manchin and Seminia are holding strong on the fillabuster, then she knows it goes nowhere.

This is the problem. There is no middle ground. Nobody wants to talk or compromise on anything. I saw that speech that was given when they introduced the bill. They said that the court was actively working against democracy. That the ONLY way to defend our country and our democracy was to add more liberal justices. No mention of a balanced court. No respect for differing opinions and no room for compromise. This is the scariest shit I have seen in a long time. They are selling the narrative that unless you are liberal you are wrong, hateful, evil and whatever phobic you want to throw on there. The dems are going for broke. They are right and everyone else is evil and not worth of consideration and the media is happily playing along.

And companies large and small are letting their marketing departments run with the same woke bullshit, so then NPCs and other people who don't care start to believe it.

Because every new administration will just add more justices. Hell Biden might do it twice or 3 times until they get what they want.
 
The only thing that I liked at all about that press conference was that one of the dem senators wanted to include wit hthe bill term limits of (i don't remember the exact number) 30 years on the supreme court and 20 years in congress. We need term limits badly.

THIS So far Kirsten has said she will not support ending the filibuster. I emailed her last month to thank her. I encourage other Arizonans to do the same. I sincerely hope she stays strong.

That's the real issue, and age limits. Can't take office after 65.

I do t think there should be any room for compromise in SCOTUS... either they protect and defend the constitution or they do not....

Compromise is why we are where we are. The Republicans never drove anything back to the Right, they only kept it from slipping further Left and the Democrats kept pulling, pushing and prodding toward the Left.

When was the last time Republicans completely UNDID something the Democrats managed to get done? You might say the Assault Weapons Ban, but that wasn't an "undo" that was an expiration.

We keep compromising and they keep chipping away at our Rights and you are correct in this: they've successfully driven the country to the precipice and now anything that prevents the country from falling over that edge they decry as "racist", "wrong", "evil", etc. They are going for broke, they are within inches of achieving their goal of tossing the U.S. Constitution into the burn barrel and establishing the new Socialist States of America.

Exactly. The Republicans have been spineless for a long time. They cave way too often. Especially considering how the Democrats have done things when they have been in control. I think this is why so many have lost elections allowing the Democrats to take control. They have alienated their voters. I don't agree with it, but I don't think it helped.

Unless Manchin caves on his promise not to kill the Senate filibuster, it would require a super majority vote in the Senate, which won’t happen.

Compromise is not the word you are looking for. Its sacrifice.
An example of compromise would be. We want universal background checks. Fine we want the NFA abolished. As with universal BGC we wont have to worry about guns falling in to the wrong hands.
Compromise implies both side give. The R’s and the NRA haven't had conservatives rights or interests in mind for over 50 years. Thwre is no compromising with the left at this point
