I have, and they are willing. In my previous experiences that has only ended up slightly better though. They are competing companies but still the insurance industry.

July 1st Country Financial tried sending me a document to be signed "before payment can be released" that stated that I released them and my neighbors from all future liability yet they have the option to still go after me. I immediately told them to go tell me what underwater smells like. Crickets since.
