This is a pretty simple recipe that is a combo of some I saw online and how I wanted to do it.

2lbs ground beef
1lb ground pork
Chopped jalapeño - about half a jalapeño
Chopped red onion - I used 1/2 a medium sized onion
Spoonful of diced garlic
Can of rotel
Can of diced tomatoes
Chili beans in sauce - one can
Tomato juice - about a half cup
1/2 can of beef broth

I made one big patty of the beef and pork, mixed in some of the chopped jalapeños and onion, added some seasoning.
The meat then cooked on the pellet grill at 250 degrees till it reached a temp of 155.

While the meat was cooking I put the rest of the onion and jalapeño and all of the other ingredients in a cast iron dutch oven pot and set it in the fridge.

When the meat hit 155 I pulled it off the grill, broke up the big patty and stirred it into the cast pot and put that on the grill.

I raised the heat to 320 and let the mix get to 160.

The result was absolutely amazing. I will definitely make this again.
