I saw fifi at a localish airport a few years ago.
It's an impressive thing
 
We were supposed to fly in Fifi a few years ago but the weather didn't cooperate. This was right around the time a different bomber crashed and killed everyone, I decided not to reschedule.

I strongly considered it, but the ticket prices were pretty extravagant. I understand the operating costs and all but damn. riding in the front was gonna cost like a thousand dollars.
I grabbed the wife and we drove an hour just to see it take off and land, then we went and got lunch.
 
Last night we met up with a buddy who flies for redbull... he got us into the front line VIP area for the night show. Maybe 50' from the taxiway at show center. Free food and drinks!

Pyleit have you every flow into there? I have always wondered what that would be like assuming some of those people have never flown in that busy of airspace. I know I wouldnt want to do it until I had a lot more experience.

Flight chops did a very good video on flying in there, and issues they had last year.
 
The night airshow is always the best part. I always try to see that.

Matt Younkin is so fun to watch in the Beech 18, day or night.
