Our AG and SoS here in the mitten are pushing for a ban on open carry at polling places because they are afraid of "voter intimidation".

It has already been shot down once by the courts, but they have filed an appeal.

It's not gonna stand. Open carry in polling places has been a topic decided years ago. Open carrying in public has already been established as not brandishing or intimidating. The SoS cannot make law. It's just posturing.
