2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ
Patriot Blue
115000 miles
I live on a island where there isn't much rock crawling to be done. It's easy to ship it out for those of you wondering. Has not been wheeled since it was finished last year. It's only got about 1000 miles on it.
Located in SITKA, AK
$25,000 PRICE DROP $22K
It still has the original 4.0L inline 6
It has the 42RLE Auto
I added the Advance Adapters RUBICRAWLER. This thing works really freakin' well.
AA Slip Yoke Eliminator
1310 C/V Shafts front and rear...because u-joints are easier to change than stub shafts!
1986 Ford Dana 60 king pin - full width
5.13 Yukon gears/master overhaul kit with an Eaton E-Locker
Rebuilt king pins, wheel bearings, spindles, and brakes were all completely rebuilt last year when I built this.
Stock axle shafts
WFO Concepts truss using 4.5" Rubicon Express coils.
WFO Concepts Crossover steering
Anti-Rock sway bar
Stainless Steel brake lines converted to AN fittings (JIC)
Fox Racing Performance 2.0 IFP shocks
3 link front starting at a Rubicon Express belly pan
4 link double triangulated rear on 4.5" RE coils
The rear is stretched 3" and the factory gas tank is moved back
2007 GM 14 bolt axle with factory disc brakes - yes the e-brake works
WFO Concepts truss and pinion support
5.13 Yukon Gears with a G80 - don't laugh, it actually works
Method Race Wheels 17x9.5 701 trail locks
37x12.5x17 Maxis Trepadors with 99.9% tread still on them.
5, that's right, FIVE of them.
Custom built aluminium corners and rear fenders. They are 3/16th thick and are factory color matched.
Custom built stubby front bumper with two shackle mounts.
Brand new Warn XR 8000
Factory hard top
Smittybilt bikini top
LED headlights (amazon aux beams)
LED spotlights (amazon aux beams)
New seat covers - The factory covers need a professional steam clean
Carpets are in great shape
No funky smells, no smoking
The rear main seal and the heater core were properly replaced last year
All new O2 sensors and cat back exhaust using a Flowmaster Super 50 muffler
Pioneer radio with factory speakers and subwoofer.
Clean title - not a reconstructed vehicle or salvage
THE BAD
Typical valve cover gasket leak (I may have it fixed by the time you read this)
Factory seats need a professional steam
Cracked vent on top of the dash board (silly, but I want you to know)
The paint on the hood is cracking
If you're worried about how to get it from Sitka, AK to where you call home, don't. Shipping to Seattle is easy and relatively inexpensive. Make a fun road trip out of picking it up. Just make it an 'overlanding' trip.
