and he is facing a 4 year, very effective negative campaign that has been waged against him.
I don’t think he can win, given the years of negative campaigning, but we will see.

I don't often agree with you, but this is close to the truth. I would not group Trump in with the rest of the GOP. He is definitely in a class of his own. As far as judges, I would say "how about constitutional justices"? That is what Trump says he's doing, and I think his pics are better than the left, but still seems to be political slant to them.

From what I've seen Trump's SCOTUS picks are quite independent and for the most part rule on the law and not on ideology. Too many people seem to believe a ruling has to go the way they like it to be correct. Nothing could be further from the truth. All the liberals/progressives said that about Heller v D.C. & McDonald v Chicago.

Is the "open borders" an official policy of Libertarian party? I know they don't believe in foreign wars or meddling in other countries. I don't understand why they would be for open borders.

Never confuse a philosophy with a party name.
Democrats are not necessarily for a democracy.
Republicans are not necessarily for a true Republic
and Libertarians, aren't always about liberty or classical liberalism.

From my reading they want to simplify the "legal immigration process". Right now it's so ridiculous many people don't bother with it. They have a very valid point in that.
Ok, so the democrats allow Biden to do one debate with Trump ( I'm actually thinking they aren't going to allow any debates but I don't know how, kung flu?) on live television. Trump destroys Biden, makes him look senile, confused him, insults him,, etc.... Biden eventually loses his shit completely and advances on Trump. Who you got, Trump or Biden?
I say Trump has never been in a fight...he would fall down and struggle like a turtle on its back... Biden, if he's coherent , might have a move or two....I got Biden for the knockdown..

That's the ultimate goal, it's just that so many people are stuck on the "mega-enforcement" bandwagon. Do away with the incentives and the problem solves itself.
We also benefit by saving all the $M spent on enforcement.
