Anyone have a link for a copy of an NV4500 rebuild manual? I had one for 4x4techinfo.com and that bitch doesn’t work anymore and not really motivated to pay 50 bones to torque king for their copy.

Yes, I have searched the interwebs and forums. All leading to either dead ends or torque king..

I did a ton of research for quality parts at a good price. I ended up buying from these guys/gals both times. https://www.zumbrotadrivetrain.com/ Dont bother finding parts on the website. Get the contact info and call them. You can order individual parts and kits. Good parts and friendly.
I said both times earlier because of my next piece of advise. When you go to reinstall 5th gear and don't have a tool to press it on the shaft, don't use a pipe and hammer to drive it home. If you do, you will crack the hardened backing plate on the input thrust bearing. Which will then fall into pieces around 5k miles making your first attempt nothing more than a practice round.
