NP208 transfer case bearings shot from running it dry. Going to just rebuild my spare and swap it out.
Started looking at kits, and I'm reading reviews saying that many of them come without the annulus bushing? I see many vendors supply that bushing cheap, so it's easy enough to order too, but now I'm wondering if there are other parts commonly not supplied/I should get and replace while I'm in there too?
Edit...I'm reading a bunch of posts about a shift fork upgrade, but no one saying specifically what it is...
I know chains aren't usually worn, so I'm not concerned about that. The spare case was running fine when I pulled it, but I'll need to swap input shafts on it, so I figure if I'm cracking it open, I'm going to replace all wear parts too.
