New smilie?

Is it possible to add a new smilie? We know that many of the smilies represent peeps or groups...

VS would never have had added a new one, but the OG site would have.

I know that this could be opening up the door to all sorts of requests but....

A troll smilie would be nice, to pay homage to Screwy.
