literally moving so fast that you boil the water in front into a big bubble that envelopes the craft.

the hard part is now that you've gotten a big cavitation bubble around your shit you can't steer it.
at least that's what ze germans discovered with their super cavitating torpedo prototypes.
Seems like that falls into the laws of physics.

If it "defies the laws of physics", it's bullshit. You have to have the math worked out for something like this to be feasible. To replicate and to scale the experiment requires an understanding of the math. In most all breakthrough inventions, the math and physics come first. Then the proof. Never once has a concept defied the laws of physics. :homer:
