As a employee of a State museum all correspondence to and from my email, phone and any other medium are public record and are subject to review by the public, AND State agencies.

Most would fine mine pretty boring but I'd think to apply the same standard to the Mueller team as Govt employees. If someone has the New York Times on speed dial I'd like to know about it. If someone is dumb enough to be caught strategizing with previous admin players on company time I'd like to know that too.
