I’ve got the chef’s knife and paring knife. I don’t use the chef’s knife all that much but the paring almost daily, I really like both.

No but I'm looking for a 6" chef's knife like Daddy Jack uses. I can use my 8" knife well but even Jack with his giant mitt uses a smaller knife, and I think I want one.

So just how big is this?

The paring knife looks a bit thick for what I want it for. I want my mom's old paring knife.

Seems kinda pricey for made in China knives.
