I'm not into religion, and these candles have nothing to do with Christmas. They are $1.25 ea at the local discount grocer where Hispanics may be likely to shop, although I've only seen like two work crews in there in years, we still have poor white people to do our stoop labor.
But Jesus was a pretty cool guy and if these other Saints and Angels want to help an atheist out, then I'm not going to stop them.
Honestly I would get a Manger scene going, I like the spirit and sentiment of it. Little baby in the stables, the donkey and cow looking down, 3 Kings show up and walk through the animal shit to see the poor family shivering in the manger. Why did they give them spices and incense instead of just buying the fucking Inn and getting the baby into a proper room instead of a stable? More unanswered Bible questions but whatever.

It really depends on the parent(s).
Our stack at Christmas time looks like we’re broke compared to the stuff my wife’s friends post on Facebook. We just don’t like piling the gifts onto our boys. They get what they really want and that’s about it. No point in wasting money for a “big” stack of presents under the tree.
They’re not wanting for anything. They know that.
