"no pressure" hell, did you know that with a artery choke you can kill somebody in well under 9 minutes? accepting that as truth, we can plainly see that while the knee on the neck certainly contributed to the death of Floyd, that the cop did not have his blood limited for the full 9 minutes. It wasn't a setup for a photo-op, but it was certainly primarily to restrict movement by blocking the neck and not intended to cut off the blood flow.

so if this picture is excusable because it wasn't his full weight, will you call for all the cops to be released because they didn't use full weight to cut off floyds blood flow?

Wouldn't be be able to be charged for propagating a hate crime? Or do black people not get charged with hate crimes? I think there is actually black privilege, but it pertains to crime and violence, not getting jobs and Healthcare like it is for whites.

yup, oddly enough, it is probably going to take some serious colorism where a light skinned brown person, such as this dude or the guy that shot the martin guy in florida, or anybody else who gets lightened by the media. They'll get 'wrongly' charged with an additional hate crime and the ACLU will be up in arms over it and take it to court, the SCOTUS will find the whole of the hate crime host as purely bigoted and ineffective and throwing it all out/back to congress.
