Marked as police if you where standing behind them? Reminds me of another Cops episode, cop is all belligerent about the guy not following commands of a police officer, guy equally belligerent you don't look like cops (and they did not to me either) and the cop says Its got POLICE written on it.... On his back. As if any schmuck can't sew police on some black or blue t-shirts.

Doesn't matter if they were marked properly or not, or any other BS excuse they list. It never should have went down like that. Pre- dawn no-knock for paperwork. Serious questions here, not even mentioning the legality of the shooting...
