So most Mac and cheeses are pretty close in ingredients. Planning on making some in the smoker this weekend.

Otherwise. Here’s 2 options I’m looking at
1-
1lb noodles
1/2 stick butter
4 T flower
1 T mustard powder
1 Cup 1/2&1/2
4oz cream cheese
3 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup Gouda cheese
Pablo bread crumb topping
2-
Topping:
8 ounces Muenster, grated medium
1 ½ ounces grated Parmesan
(keep them separate)
Base:
16 ounces dry cavatappi pasta (or elbow macaroni)
8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick)
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups whole milk
8 ounces Velveeta, cut into ½-inch chunks
6 ounces sharp cheddar, grated medium
6 ounces Gruyère, grated medium
