Many years ago, I watched a police chase involving a stolen big rig tractor. The guy hit several cars on I-45 North elevated out of downtown. I think one person was killed. HPD decided to end it on I-10 East when they pulled up next to the tractor and pumped several slugs through the driver's door. The guy pulled over to the side of the road, they got him out and on the shoulder of the road where he died. All good closeups on the live feed before they pulled the camera way back.
