Lincoln 180 spitting out drive roller

I’m working on building the exhaust for the Jeep. I had .035 loaded for making brackets but wanted to switch to .025 for the exhaust. After putting on the new drive roller and wire, it constantly falls off. I’ve tried adjusting the roller pressure to no avail. The liner is relatively new and has had light use so I don’t think it would be causing an issue. The only thing different between running the .035 and .025 is the .025 roller isn’t serrated. Any help would be appreciated.
