These were "Builder kits" when I was 10

I'm not sure I'm old enough to have had this particular kit but the plane in it looks familiar. I know I had sets with those axles. The earliest ones I had were somewhere in this era, then I remember the basically robin hood stuff with castles and trees, and the space force stuff, I had some of those too. I had alot of the pirate sets, but never the grossly expensive ones. I always wanted that big pirate ship but it was expensive back then and I had alot of other interests as well, so I don't blame my parents for never buying those expensive ones for me.
I had a big rubbermaid type container full of pieces and like alot of others I was building my own stuff. Race cars with working suspension and stuff. I had the train sets and built my own back to the future 3 train and delorean with that set.
My brother still plays with Lego and the money he's dumped in it is insane. The Ghostbusters car, BTTF Delorean, Enterprise NCC 1701-D, etc.. those sets are hundreds of dollars a piece.

To any supporters of Bricks and MiniFigs, while its none of my business I would have a really hard time giving a local franchise monies without letting them know how morally corrupt the B&MF company owners are.

I will go as far as to say, if the entire Mansell/Reckless Ben is a fake scam, the way the B&MF folks (mormons) with COPS handled(ing) the situation is evil, rotten people.

My wife and I last night while watching the cops behave as a private hit squad on the Bricks payroll asked ourselves man does it look like Utah is a place I would want to go???

Same! All the suspension built into a little unit was so dope

I loved those! I wish they made but in this size now:

It baffles me how they haven’t done that, I’ve unsuccessfully tried to make those full width axles behave like the red ones many times

I still have this on my shop desk from when I was a kid. Got my crawler hauler before I even knew that was a thing

Got that sweet flex and non-lego tires going haha
