I mean I understand her concern. Keep Warm isn’t exactly a good way to cook the food from raw.
When she was freaking out and wanting to throw it away I said, do you want me to ask Irate?
Her response was, “Don’t most of those guys eat ass on there? I don’t trust anyone who eats ass.” 
The meat is all shredded and ready to go in the fridge for tonight. I put it on high for like 3 hours and it shredded nicely. Pretty sure she realizes it was an overreaction.

Went to a nice party with great food. Tried the Tartar, was OK. Couldn't get it out of my head how they were not just uncooked delicious looking meatballs.
Was the second time I had it, first was a date senior year in hs. Took a chick to a nice joint and saw it on the menu. Head voice: "fuck this place is expensive, at least there's a steak on the menu"
