For this thread 2nd gen sequoia's have a rear 10in diff that Auburn released a selectable locker for not long ago. There were some rumblings about 4.88 or 5.29 gears for them too on ih8mud but don't know if they were ever released. Having caressed one its a big ol' setup.

And on the rear they have a 4 bolt unit bearing which is easy to build into an upright and you can fit a front disc for big vented brakes that still fit under a 16” wheelA cheap option might be the 3rd gen mitsu montero - I think the front is 8" and rear 9.5" with an air locker option. Not 100% sure about available ratios and lockers, but the CVs are supposed to be very stout.
