first runs washing snow:grinpimp:

Figured that was a typo (first runs washing now) until I watched the video...

I've seen people convert a residential dishwasher to parts washer, but a commercial unit like that is even better!
dishwasher on roids this is 2x150gpm washing pumps 140°f
and separate rinse pump with 185°f water

Had one, I think for cups. Never got around to it.

Go to galco to get the circuit board repaired. Radwell will do it as well and give you a 2 year warranty.

Great score,. I have had a larger model that ran 8 hrs a day 7 days a week within a food manufacturing/packaging facility to sanitize process parts.. Make sure you use a good scale remover periodically

dont have circuit board issues:confused:

i use real parts cleaning powder. has rust inhibitors and doesnt leave any build ups behind.
