Biden Just Named a New Person In Charge of the Border, You'll Know Her By The Sound of Her Cackle

By Nick Arama | Mar 24, 2021 4:15 PM ET

People have been wondering where Joe Biden has been while the border crisis has been imploding.

Biden has been conspicuously missing from pronouncements about it, even calling an early lid on Monday at 1:13 p.m. Jen Psaki was asked if he intended to go to the border, she said he had no plans.

But now he’s made a statement this afternoon and he’s putting Kamala Harris in charge of dealing with the border crisis.

In his disjointed remarks, he paused multiple times, and looked down to read his remarks.

Biden first falsely blamed the surge on President Donald Trump, “This new surge we’re dealing with now started with the last administration.” This despite the fact that it clearly surged started under Biden, because of his specific remarks and policy actions, illegal aliens credit him with why they are coming and even the president of Mexico is blaming him for it. It had been under control because of the policies constructed by Trump.

Biden then proceeded to put Kamala Harris in charge of the situation at the border. In his strange remarks, during which he seems very tired, he doesn’t actually identify her by name (did he forget it?), he defines her by her prior positions, saying that no one should question that she speaks for him, “I can think of nobody who is better qualified to do this… When she speaks, she speaks for me.”

Harris explained she’s going to be meeting with Central American leaders, making it clear he’s ceded his negotiating to her on those issues. All they had to do was keep the deals that Trump had in place to keep the flow in check but they already messed that up, so now are going to have to work to reestablish what we already had.

She really speaks for him? Does he know what he’s saying when he says that? She’s second only to him in flip flops and messing up when speaking. Did she speak for him when asked if she was going to be going to the border, she laughed her head off about the crisis there? Does he really want her cackle to represent him?

But if they’re apparently putting her in charge already, it must be getting bad. Is this why he’s calling her president? Sounds like they want to remove any focus from him on the issue. This way, they think, no one will be asking why isn’t he addressing the issue? They would be wrong.

nope.

just a way for them to pivot to labeling this not-an-emergency but just a serious crisis so that he can keep his hands and image clean as a cross-party deal maker

A New White House Memo Has People Questioning Exactly Who Is in Charge

AP Photo/Carolyn KasterAfter initially appearing sparsely during the first few months of Joe Biden’s presidency, Kamala Harris seems to be breaking out a bit the last few weeks. She’s participating in efforts to promote the new COVID “relief” act, which is really just a slush fund of unrelated spending. That seems to translate to Harris going to states that don’t want her there such as Florida and proclaiming “help has arrived” when they didn’t need her help. In short, it’s the typical cringe you’d expect from her, complete with awkward cackling.

But a new memo has people questioning exactly who is in charge of the Biden administration, or excuse me, I mean the “Biden-Harris administration.”

This per Townhall.
A top communications person in the White House has instructed federal agencies to refer to the “Biden administration” as the “Biden-Harris administration,” a leaked memo confirmed.

“Please be sure to reference the current administration as the ‘Biden-Harris Administration’ in official public communications,” the email stated, with the “Biden-Harris Administration” in bold letters.

According to Outspoken, the Biden administration – err, the Biden-Harris administration – is the first administration to refer to both the president and vice president when referring to the White House as a whole. The change has been reflected on the White House Twitter account.

I have to concur with Outspoken in that I’ve never seen a prior administration instruct federal agencies to co-list who the leadership of the administration falls under. It is, by definition, the Biden administration. He’s the president, or at least he’s supposed to be. Heck, you might as well add Jill Biden’s name in there as well.

There’s a lot of weirdness going on regarding Harris’ more recent role, in my opinion. Typically, the president and vice president are rarely seen together in public, yet that seems to be a very common occurrence now. When Joe Biden got confused on a tarmac last week while attempting to board Marine One, Harris was there to redirect him (see Joe Biden Sure Looks Confused and Out of It in This New Video). She also appeared with him again a few days later, riding in the Beast for a promo shot.

It’s all just very unusual. You can probably count on one hand the times you remember Donald Trump and Mike Pence appearing and traveling together. That’s standard protocol because you don’t want both being targeted in a single attack. There’s a reason the VP’s accommodations are on the outskirts of DC instead of near the White House. Meanwhile, the Biden administration seems to be throwing caution to the wind.

Couple this with news that Harris is taking on more responsibility with regards to foreign policy and doing many more media appearances than she was, and it’s fair to ask whether she’s being groomed to take over sooner rather than later. Biden, as RedState has chronicled, does not appear well, and he certainly doesn’t look like a man who will be in the mental state to serve a full four years.

Yet, Republicans should probably hope that isn’t the case. Could you imagine Harris being president, constantly giggling at inappropriate moments while pushing whatever the latest woke craze is on a daily basis? It’s the stuff of nightmares.

Is there any truth to her not able to become President since she is from non us state, born in Puerto Rico, which is a unincorporated U.S. territory. Legal requirements for presidential candidates have remained the same since the year Washington accepted the presidency. As directed by the Constitution, a presidential candidate must be a natural born citizen of the United States, if so then if she cannot be President, then next in line would be Pelosi correct ?

People born in Puerto Rico are U.S. Citizens.

She was born in Oakland CA. Natural born citizen.

Or, that

I did not think she was born on US soil..huh...but unincorporated territories in particular are not considered to be integral parts of the United States, and the Constitution of the United States applies only partially in those territories. The U.S. currently administers three territories in the Caribbean Sea and eleven in the Pacific Ocean. the this ....Two differences we can find between a U.S. state and a U.S. territory is that residents of US states can vote in presidential elections, while residents of US territories cannot and that US states are directly administered by state governments, while US territories are administered by the federal governement.

You are still considered a US citizen if you are born in a US territory. If you will remember back to '08, John McCain was born in the Canal Zone in Panama when it was administered by the US, long before we turned it back over to the Panamanians. You as a US citizen can move freely back and forth between PR and whatever your home state is. Yes, your vote doesn't count towards US President, your federal representative has no voting rights in congress, but you are no less a US citizen being born in a Territory. Now whether VP Harris was born in PR or CA or anywhere else doesn't matter, what does matter is this: would she be an upgrade or a downgrade from the current POTUS? I don't think so, but probably less likely to inadvertently launch pre-emptive nukes due to dementia-related violent outburst...

Here we go again with more stupid ass "birther" nonsense. Glad to see some here immediately shoot the stupidity down.

So someone asks a legitimate question and you immediately go full California douchebag. I'm shocked I tell you

No, it was a really stupid question. All he had to do was a simple google search, but he went with what some idiot said. Not even doing a basic check is lazy and stupid. Don't like that, tuff shit.

Tear down the wall and fences, the crisis at the border would be over with in about a week...

Come on Man! You've been around on the net for how long, How many people do you know who actually go look something up, they have access to the greatest library of information (If you trust it) but are to lazy to look for answers. Just think how lonely you would be if you couldn't jump in the middle of someone because they asked what to you is a silly question. You might have to go back to shaking your cane at kids and yell at them to stay off your lawn! :stirthepot:
By the way did they serve you, your warm ovaltine in your Mickey Mouse sippy cup tonight? :flipoff2:
