What's new

irate Tools

The new Milwaukee have a similar design of the tension screw, but no lock lever. How much are they? The link don't give a price and too lazy to google:flipoff2:

I have the new Milwaukee, like them for the price, but the Snap-On/Malco ones beat everything I've seen in decades if you're talking ability to grip. I may try the Stanley's. If you say they're good, I believe you, but it might be the first thing that's worth AF with their name on it that's been decent for years. Probably built by a better company with their name slapped on it.

Edit: looking at that link again, I think it's telling that the length lasered on the side is already bigger than what the website claims it is. The tool tells me it's 10 inches, but it's really only 9.5? Geez, I sound like a woman now...
apparently they are out of stock where i bought them at..but 11$?

The lock has a second purpose for me..they dont open in my truck box and get stuck on the drawer above it.

i also have the needle nose style

Astro Pneumatic - Astro Tools | Home

I've been impressed with what I've bought so far - rivnut tools, air tools, specialty items. They make a bunch of the stuff on the Tool Trucks, but you definitely pay the "Truck Tax" when you buy it there.
X2, same experience with rivnut tool and pneumatics from ASTRO. Great stuff.

Gearwrench, Knipex, Astro Pneumatic, OTC and Lisle are the main non-truck brands I buy. No experience with the Boxo stuff, looks $$$ for made in Taiwan.

Been giving a lot of my money to JD Squared and Milwaukee lately... I think Swag Offroad and Gearwrench are good ideas. Anything welding and fabrication should be a hit with this crowd

This. I think I already own every gear wrench up with like 1-1/4" in all the styles and they're my go to.

I'd also say Knipex and maybe some other German quality screwdrivers.
USA made tools fo sho, and Western (Germany - Knipex etc) tools would be :grinpimp:

Anything but CHICOM shit if you can help it.

Are there any toolbox mfgs that people would recommend trying to grab? I ended up buying a China made Napa roll-cab due to COVID inventory BS, but maybe that’s something to look at.
edit for dumb punctuation.

Sunex for impact

gearwrench wrenches
williams screwdrivers
craftsman roadbox
