Ive commented on it allready. HOA, so that’s in addition to the county. That county is terrible for rules. I also don’t like the ad. If you look close there are two pics of water with a dock on the right side. They are not the same dock, so that means one or both pics are not of the same property. I feel pics of “the area” are fraud unless clearly marked as such. You could look at those pics and say “at least it has a white sand beach” and then find out it is a mud flat for 400’.

All waterfront that I have seen has restrictions. Add an HOA on top of that.

My neighbor bought 11 acres of ocean front cheap. Iirc, it's on Deer Island. Beautiful place from the pics.
I did some searching on the web, and I was shocked how cheap oceanfront and rural land was up there.

They make some great flat beds for real trucks. They got all SEMA around ‘19. They also make stupid expensive wake boats, Pavati, which would serve their douche nozzle truck builds.Sad thing is that they have a couple other trucks that are even worse.
