Individual buy wrecked UTV at auction?

Can an individual bid on a UTV at Auction? No license or business involved? I am looking at an Auction in PA but am not sure if I need a license to bid/buy.

Depends on the auction. I haven't looked at UTVs from local auction, but don't recall ever seeing a "Dealer Lic. Req. for bidding" just skimming the listings.
IAAI they specify which vehicles need a dealer license.

Check out Crashed Toys in Dallas. Most, if not all of their their inventory can be bid on by the public. I live close enough to go put eyes on something if anyone is interested in bidding on anything they have.
