Take a a look at Kryptek. I'm on my third season with bibs, coat and gloves from them. So far I've found them to be warm, quiet and durable. They breathe okay, but if you've got a long walk in, you're still going to get warm. They run some sales throughout the year which helps on price and when I bought they were somewhat cheaper than First Lite and Sitka.

It works. It's 1/2 the cost of sitka and 99% of the performance.
