How does the bronco uca pivot?

I’d add red loctite but that’s me.
I go back and forth on that. Do you want to know why it's coming loose, or do you want it to never come loose?

My old truck was generally hack and beat, and I start red loctiting everything I touched, and the truck got more reliable.

Current Jeep doesn't need that, shit's stronger, bigger, and fresher, so I can torque it and it doesn't come loose.

If it's red loctited, then you can't bolt check it with a torque wrench and know if anything is stretching.

Well torqued them and gave them a shitload of grease... about 5 full pumps per bushing. Im not sure the front suspension moves any more bug ill see what happens.

Single shear (kinda) + mounts not inline + harder bushings = flexing and loosening of shit. Throw some red loctite on it and call it good.

Note the threaded insert for the left bolt is under the orange line, not inline with it.

There's one long bolt that goes straight through the frame and both bushings, like a Tacoma.

That's good because it's a lot less asinine of a way to design things.

IDK what that thing below the line in the picture is then. Some sort of dimple in the frame or coil bucket to make room for the sleeve the bolt rides in?
