Not Sure
This is one of the best teriyaki sauces I've ever had. Seriously cheap.
Ingredients
1 part soy sauce (your favorite)
1 part mirin
1 part sake pick your favorite, I use the cheap Gekkeikan bottom shelf stuff
2 tbsp cornstarch in 1/3 cup water (more if you are making a bigger batch)
Sesame seeds
Bring soy/mirin/sake to a boil stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
Add cornstarch slurry about 1 tbsp at a time until your desired consistency.
Cool and add sesame seeds.
Use as desired. I made some chicken breasts tonight on my hank hill grill basting with the sauce the whole time. Came out phenomenal.
