Help me make the right flooring decision

If it’s not a small room you can always pull it up and use it somewhere else.
I am considering that, will have to see if it's easy enough to remove without damage and go from there when it's time to redo those rooms.

I take pride in laying things out and having flooring flow from room to room, but I think in a mobile it's best to have breaks and thresholds

And then to get a little more proactive on the settling and re leveling

It looks nice, keep it up:smokin:

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out! The layout as I bought it was horrible and now there's a lot more usable space not to mention making sure it's structurally sound.

Now that I know what goes into leveling it maintaining it should be a piece of cake. It's crazy how long the previous owners let maintenance like that slip for. I knew it was a fixer upper going in but digging through the layers of WTF have been interesting, like them putting tile over stick on linoleum :homer:

I appreciate the advice, keeping mobile homes in decent shape can certainly be an adventure!
