Help me find this spare tire hoist (95 K1500)

I ordered a Dorman 924-510 spare tire hoist for a 1995 GMC Sierra K1500 P/U. It was not the right part.

The OG hoist had two 15mm bolts that ran through two crossmembers and the hoist itself. The replacements everyone seems to offer slides in on the back side and is retained with one 15mm bolt through the other side. Amazon shows a hoist cover, Rock Auto shows the wrong one. Where can I find the correct hoist?
