Reminds me of a top gear where the traveled through some obscure country in Asia iirc. They use rhd vehicles but also drive on the right side of the road. They even showed how people getting off the bus are just stepping into traffic

That there is how you get a Class A passenger endorsement.. one cdl school in san bernandino made a contraption like that, bust that connects to a tractor via a fifth wheel. Ugly as sin, but gets them disney and hollywood tram drivers their apssenger endorsement class A
