Furniture Question (History)

Here's some history
We are clearing out moms stuff, And this table becomes a question. None of my brothers can pin down where it came from or how old it is.
Mom and dad did trips to Mexico when they were young, but moms memory is as good as yesterday, and dad drew a blank.

Seems like an Art Deco piece. but I have no idea.
