First line says “super duty”I think OP was talking about a dodge.

Yeah, I re-read it. My only excuse is that my mind must have autocorrected that to Dodge because it was the only way for it to make sense.First line says “super duty”
Well he is on here with the rest of us.Edit-shit. Nevermind. OP is on drugs or dumb or something.
Same. I want to see what got replaced. Don’t care about the free spin kit. I want to see what problem got solved by a free spin kit on a SD axle.Yeah, I re-read it. My only excuse is that my mind must have autocorrected that to Dodge because it was the only way for it to make sense.
He got rid of hard to find and replace unit bearings to easily serviceable bearings and seals that are available everywhere. Wait….Same. I want to see what got replaced. Don’t care about the free spin kit. I want to see what problem got solved by a free spin kit on a SD axle.

HES SAVING MONEY
I had warn hubs on the 19 I just got out of. I almost never unlock the hubs on my work truck anyway. With the vacuum locking hubs you can’t do 2wd low range anyway. So I’m hoping someone thinks they want both selectable hubs and I’ll trade them so I have both sides with drive flanges. So, on the new super duties with the passenger side drive slug, has anybody swapped over to the Warn super duty hubs?
Shop Super Duty Manual Hubs | WARN Industries
Shop Super Duty Manual Hubs; the Ford F-150 Super Duty truck, the Super Duty has met its match. With heat-treated gears, all-metal cap and dial, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware, they’re just incredibly hard to break.www.warn.com
BUT YOUR MPGS!1!1!!!1!!I had warn hubs on the 19 I just got out of. I almost never unlock the hubs on my work truck anyway. With the vacuum locking hubs you can’t do 2wd low range anyway. Dude is a racecar driver, I'm pretty sure that nothing that he does to that vehicle is going to change his mpgs. Lol.BUT YOUR MPGS!1!1!!!1!!
I would say your theory checks out 😆 😆Dude is a racecar driver, I'm pretty sure that nothing that he does to that vehicle is going to change his mpgs. Lol.
It’s a 3/4 ton gasser. 7 mpg average. I’ve already put fuel in it 34 times
Pardon the derail...are the front axles really that bad? I'm slowly truck shopping and found a few trucks that suit my needs. If they're a headache I'll get a Ford/Dodge with a normal axle.GM uses a car front axle so they would definitely be dumb enough to do that
I have them on my '22, but from what I've read the newer SD's have a different front axle. The link you posted from Warn shows it fitting up to a '24? It has been posted that the new axle is a 9.25 ring gear front axle and no longer a D60. I have not seen one first hand though. I have read on FTE of several people buying a Ford factory drivers side hub for their 24's and swapping it in place of the PS drive flange. So, on the new super duties with the passenger side drive slug, has anybody swapped over to the Warn super duty hubs?

LOL. The local bearing store is 200 miles away.Did you try your local bearing store?
There's a reason people usually don't push snow with themPardon the derail...are the front axles really that bad? I'm slowly truck shopping and found a few trucks that suit my needs. If they're a headache I'll get a Ford/Dodge with a normal axle.
Okay back to weird seals on axle parts nobody really needed
So.LOL. The local bearing store is 200 miles away.
Should have bought a Cummings as their fuel tanks never require filling.BUT YOUR MPGS!1!1!!!1!!
Yes, they actually do.They actually create fuel or some I'm told.
With warn hubs can you not do 2wd low?I had warn hubs on the 19 I just got out of. I almost never unlock the hubs on my work truck anyway. From what I’m told it’s the same axle from the ball joints out.I have them on my '22, but from what I've read the newer SD's have a different front axle. With warns you can definitely do 2 low. With warn hubs can you not do 2wd low?
An actual drive flange or just a locked out hub that don't turn?I’ve had so many Superdutys I almost can’t remember how many and I have never had one that didn’t have selectable hubs. I’ve done vacuum deletes for broken lines. Do some models have drive flanges?
The 24 I just got into has one drive flange and one selectable hub
I’m not exactly sure. I’ll have to pull one and take a look at it.An actual drive flange or just a locked out hub that don't turn?
Because it would be awesome if Ford was making OEM drive flanges.
I’m not exactly sure. I’ll have to pull one and take a look at it.
Which ones which?FTE had pics. Looks like it's a dumb flange.
I'm guessing the one on the left is the drive slug.Which ones which?
