Form 1 suppressor

Anybody here that can educate me on form 1 suppressors? I remember the old place had a multi page thread on them but I'm lazy and didn't want to go back there and read it all and things may have changed. I have access to a lathe now or will shortly and was thinking about making a couple. Is it worth the effort? save any money? just get the "flashlight parts"? Any help/guidance appreciated.

If you have the machining skills, knock them out. If you value your time then just buy the parts.

So efile the form 1, get stamp, buy parts, have fun? Did I get that right? Where is the place to buy parts now days?

You can buy the parts and file the F1 at the same time. When the stamp comes in do the remaining machine work, you can engrave the tube at any time.

No idea on parts, I don't do them that way. I'd say right now, where ever you can find them in stock.
