Was another busy work week with 103-104* days thrown in for a good measure.
About to get rolling and make some margaritas and relax.
Wife wants to go on water tomorrow, we will likely cruise to Bear Lake or similar...

Mrs is working from home, so me and the kid kind of laid low until this afternoon. We went in to town to put two new tires on her car, we’re trying to get everything ready for the big move to college in two weeks. It seems kind of odd she’ll be on campus, but she’ll be “Distance learning” for this semester at least

When we got home it was still hot outside, so I prepped my semi-famous bbq chicken teriyaki bowl dinner

Dinner was awesome, now working on an adult beverage or five. We’re going to watch “A Vigilante” (preview looked promising)
 

Stop over I’ll be around all weekend we can see if we can go get it buried somewhere in the yard lol

Lol you would have to put some mufflers on it. It’s full blown wake the dead loud as she sits. The body was destined for the scrap yard before a redneck got ahold of it and tossed it on a blazer frame. It’s sad as I believe she’s a legit SS car ;(.

SS cars seem to meet interesting fates sometimes. I know a guy that has '64 Impala SS that was found in the woods by a friend of his during a deer hunt. Old guy bought it as a donor and yanked the 327 to put in his pickup. He stuffed the rest of the car up on the back of his property in the woods.

I'll bring the beer. Having seen your vehicles, projects, tooling and equipment on here, it will be hard to get rid of me. Your shop is big enough I doubt you'd notice if I moved into it
 
Put a Snorkel on a FJ Cruiser a little bit ago for a friend, not very enjoyable but you wont catch me with one of these on my vehicles.

My buddy came up for a week or so to help out with a few projects. We sat outside enjoying the peace and quiet (his words) and had a couple of cigars planning what to start on first tomorrow.
 
IN.... GF helped me put up a couple of 11' 6x6 timbers under my back porch. In return, I built her a couple of slow feeders for her horses. My ass is whooped! The GF is not afraid of work and knows what to do!

Just finished my shift with about 8 minutes left on my 14hr. clock. Van's wait to see this coming paycheck.

Awsome. We are making absolutely stupid money. Sf bay area union wages except this project is all double time and we are working 10-12 hrs a day 6 days a week.
