In. Need to go do some sanding before it gets dark. Then reply to some threads here and make food.

Weather looked decent tomorrow so I may take a kayak out. I have not been able to go nearly as much as I wanted to this year because it has been threatening to rain every day about 6 pm.

In the garage with beer, rebuilding the 3d printer. Upgraded the controller for it and its newfound speed shook stuff apart, while putting it back together I figured out everything that could be out of tram was very much out of tramstill not perfect, but for a $100 printer I'm not going to get stupid.

Really want to go buy a better printer but like... There's absolutely no way to justify it. It just prints toys and knick knack type stuff. It's pretty much good enough.

In, Same shit apparently. Welded up the 2 intercooler tubes from the 4 that i had. All these years i thought that International CAC tubes were aluminum.:shaking: GM uses aluminum and i got to melt some shit together with my ghetto mod China spool gun on the lincoln 180. as well as the tube polisher:homer:

Made no evening plans so i may just work on the truck till 10. Or catch the bus into Manhattan for 2 slices of pizza and a drink.

Hand picked cotton most of today. Rain hit on the last 30 samples I needed to finish. So, they’re laying in my garage drying now. Heavier rain hit after I finished for today. Wife’s relatives are in town so we’re going over to her parents in a while. Might drink a beer or to so I can physically and mentally prepare for that.

Was a long week. I got to supervise all week. Lots of blue falcons that called out causing staffing to be shitier than it should of been.

Picked up moar muzzleloader hunting stuff.
Made jambalaya fer lunch. Bro in law said hed be over later, plan on smoking chicken.

In, most everyone worked a half day and then went to a cornhole tournament / networking event so I ran a skeleton crew today.

Going to be digging into my Jeep’s AC system this weekend. Ended up buying all the tools because the shop basically gave up on it. At this pace I’ll have AC by the time it starts raining.

In. I'm working on the old 1992 F-150 that I'm trying to flip. I dropped the rear tank today, hoping that I could swap in a new fuel pump and put the tank back in. Nope. The tank had over 6 gallons of very old, very varnished gasoline in it. The tank has tar-like sludge 1/4 inch thick on the bottom. This stuff is NASTY! I ordered a new tank on Amazon for $92, but it won't be here for another week and a half.

In. Today couldn’t get over fast enough at work. Dealing with morons all day is taxing. Weather app says it’s 102 outside 🥵

No plans for the evening, we may look for a movie later.

We got word from the oldest kid that she made the cut for a nursing program she applied for (not easy to get into apparently). She starts in the spring 🥳

Trying to decide whether to start with a beer, or a batch of margaritas :homer:

Anyone else feel constantly "behind"?

Hours, days, weeks, months burn up and feels like if anything I'm just getting more broken and older yet the "list" never really reduces.
I do sometimes. It’s been too damn hot for a few things I’d like to get off my “to do” list. But as the weather gets cooler I’ll get caught up.

In. Just had some drumsticks I smoked with pretty hot cajun rub last week. Too hot for my wife. Oops.
Mm mm good.
Had leftover jalapeno poppers too. Sipping a beam/cola. Got the trickle charger on the VMax so it'll start easy to ride to some first annual show and shine car and bike show the local school is sponsoring tomorrow.

They just dont make batteries like they used to.

Doing the count down on closing on house for sell... finished up all the paperwork this afternoon. One big stressor out of my life. And proceeds gets another stressor down. A small bit goes toward some covered parking for too many projects:emb: Lot of other items fall in nicely as a result.

I'm with AKnate, always feeling behind on projects which is why getting rid of the above pulls a lot off my plate and opens a little cash to help on other projects.

I picked up a new to me low mileage knockoff set of tires; $400 for full set of Sequoia 17" rims with Bridgestone Blizzaks on them. Should be nice for the ice/snow I'm hoping to deal with this winter:dustin:

I'll pickup working on the front end of the Tacoma this weekend at least on one side... still waiting on a lower control arm so I can get it aligned and not eat up the tires:homer:

In. Off today to get my eyes checked. Ran couple errands after. Came home motivated but killed the afternoon on my ass.

Ran to Lowes at 4 got some support the sons tiny house build out. Swung up to daughters house to meet a buddy buying a 75' f250 I was buying from my son in law. I decided I don't need the project now. :homer:

We got it running, dumped some gas in it, my buddy drove it to his shop. I hadn't messed with it, it runs real good, dual exhaust, four speed truck. :shaking:. Been sitting five plus years.

Told him if he isn't doing anything with it in a couple months I'll buy him out of it. I hate that I'm gay for any old pickup. 75' camper special with a manual would make good tire burner to Lowes or Dairy Queen.

Anyway kissed the grandbaby until bedtime, split and now at home on beverage two.

I had to be in court for the trial of the scumbag who got caught with my trucks, no trial dick wad got sent off for a year at some place that supposed to rehabiltate him. Dude must have a fairy godmother in the system found out this was his 4th stolen vehicle felony!
I replaced the battery in the Dodge hoping that would fix my none start problem. Motor will just die, sytarter will spin but won't start, take the positive cable off and short it to the negitive and it will fire right up :frown::confused:
