I was too sick to be in last night. Cold and cough from hell in week three turned into a sinus and ear infection. Feels like the start of bronchitis. started antibiotics Weds. Those make me sick af so I spent all day yesterday vomiting.
14yr old cat grew two or three more oral cancer tumors. He had two steroid shots this week and he's again able to eat. One dog to the vet for foxtail in the ear.
Father's shots in his eyeballs last week kept him down this week. Very painful thing to go through it seems. :(
It's been hot af and full of crickets here.

CA foxtails vs NV are different. NV's are like trees. Stiff and strong af. Our fifth year here and the entire property bloomed with them. I talked Ste into purchasing a mower for the tractor hoping to avoid vet bills. It should pay for itself in that savings alone. He's out there now mowing them down. Which means, they will explode everyfuckingwhere.

This mop is a magnet for them. They were too busy at the vet to shave him so I'm hoping later today we can.

We got him sight unseen just because of his eyes and mixed breed of Rottie and German Shepherd.
My wife drove 6 hours one way to get him.
