In. Sitting at home with a gouty foot.

Tried to work our club’s hill and hole mud bog but I pussed out. About the 27th time I stubbed that toe I said **** this.
Cold pack on foot movie on.

Oh and **** gout.

In, daughter and I picked up some teriyaki and drove by this. I guess it is appropriately parked.

One of the worst weeks I’ve had at work in a decade . That makes it sound like I had it really tough or something awful but that’s not the case . After being promoted to management several months ago I was assigned mandatory training by the powers at be . This training is normally at a company “resort” very laid back , interactive , all inclusive 2 week little training session to teach you a few things you may not of already known . Fast forward to the wonderful word of covid and they shut the out of state training center down . These sessions hadn’t even been a thing since and remarkably as you and I would figure life went on and nobody died . However , now it’s back full bore but…..unlike the past we were assigned a location … 150 of us in one virtual classroom on Zoom…. 20 of us in a computer lab from 8-5pm …. Being treated like children , learning nothing … a lot of very unimpressive employees presenting topics you already know about. Today I was at my last straw as management we dont “clock in or clock out”. If you were out of state in the past on training it’s relaxed and fun and if the subject matter we’re completed you’d be set free early . In this instance a very annoying and overly eager heavy set lady talked to us like elementary school students and kept saying “ we have a few minutes left til __ time …. Anyway by the end of it the whole class was pretty fed up and we have to do it all over again all next week . I’ve never missed my pain in the ass employees so much 😂 I’d gladly go put up with their childish bs over this any day . But tonight I’m in spent time with the kids and the fiancée is sick with what I had . Might go to the movies tomrorow and plan to cook dinner for my grandma who turns 86 tomorrow . Oh , by the way , she requested ribeye or prime rib and a salad ….she’s a badass .

Totally in now. Finally home after a 3 hour flight delay. Wife pissed me off on the flight/drive home. Then I turned on the Giants game to watch Cody Bellinger hit a grand slam with 2 outs after Law allowed a hit, then hit a batter and then walked the bases loaded:homer:

Going to bed.:mad3:

Checking in.

I gave my BIL a ride to the airport around noon. I snooped around in town a little, I have been looking for Runts candy for a while with no luck. The internet says they are still made, just bogged down in the logistics mess. I picked up the usual Friday menu… steaks, baked potatoes, and salad.:homer:

Tomorrow we will do the big supply run together, Mrs car has to go in to get the windshield replaced.

Mrs wants me to come up with the perfect blackberry margarita recipe. I found a unique measuring cup I thought might help me “dial in” my recipe. It’s marked on three sides: 1/8 - 1 cup, 1 - 8 oz, 25 - 250 ml. (Anchor glass co)

Going to give it a work out this weekend :grinpimp:

Every place is out of stock of runts.
I have not been able to get em either.

Red Sox are in, 28-5 Jays :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:
I believe the score was Jays 28 Red Sox 5

So what did you come up with for a concoction? Wife always likes chambord in her ritas.

90 degrees, 50% humidity. Which is not as bad as the 70% humidity a couple days ago.

Spent most of the day at the shop adjusting control arms and swapping coilover springs. Finally getting good at holding those tiny misalignment spacers in place and making mm size adjustments with the gantry crane.

Tomorrow we go fishing assuming the boat still runs. Fawking around with fishing gear this evening.
38* here
