1) never take pictures

2) super lame. They want to host wager in anything style plays, they should let anything go. Trying to prove insider information is silly. Of course people are going to rob them blind, it's a silly business move

. . . And yes, what he’s accused of doing is illegal. Even in today’s anything-goes digital casino, the rules are pretty clear: you don’t cash in on secrets you swore to protect.
Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is calling foul — loudly. She’s urging President Donald Trump to step in and grant clemency, blasting the prosecution as a glaring case of “skewed justice.”
“Maybe not a popular take but I am calling for this guy to be pardoned,” Luna posted. “Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice.” . . .

Yeah, it's almost like taking bets and setting odds on things that aren't purely mathematical statistical probability exposes opportunities to exploit the system...

The house wins= business as usual; the customer wins= lawsuit...

The problem is they took the bet large enough for someone with an advantage to hurt them...

I hope this **** backfires and either hangs them out to dry or sets a legal precedent that they have no grounds to sue.

It’s interesting that Polymarket can do something about insider trading but not our .gov !
I wonder if Kalshi referred these candidates to the DOJ, but I suppose it depends which team they are on.

"On Wednesday, Kalshi said it had suspended and fined three candidates for Congress — from Minnesota, Texas and Virginia — for “political insider trading” activity on their own campaigns."

trump jr invested a **** ton of money in the polymarket.

so I guess when you're ripping off the president's son things get done.
President Donald Trump, when asked about Van Dyke’s arrest and other cases of suspected insider trading on prediction markets, said, “You know the whole world, unfortunately, has become somewhat of a casino.”
which is why that quote is amusing.
yeah it is bud, and you ****ing created it.

Or did Obama create it when he bailed out the banks & insurance co's? thus establishing that 'the house always wins'...

But Trump is definitely the manifestation of the sentiment that it's all a game- Reality TV host real estate tycoon elected to the office of president
